PORTOLA · CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL PARTS

Keep your
machines
moving.

Custom metal parts and fixtures for jobs that machine shops and fabrication shops often pass over. We research your machine, reverse engineer the part and fabricate it to an agreed specification—then ship it directly to your factory.

Warranty ended. Service discontinued. Replacement no longer made.

REPLACE THE PART.

Keep the equipment.

A discontinued part. A small batch. A fixture without a drawing. We focus on the work that can be hard to place with a conventional machine shop or fabrication shop.

01 / OUR PURPOSE & MISSION

Useful machinery.
A longer working life.

Our focus is custom metal parts, fixtures and components that are difficult to source: one-off replacements, small batches, unusual modifications and legacy parts that other shops may decline.

An expired warranty, discontinued service or an obsolete part can leave useful machinery without a practical source of replacements. We research the equipment and available records to develop a replacement around the part’s function, dimensions and connections.

02 / RESEARCH & REVERSE ENGINEERING

When support ends,
research comes first.

When the original part is no longer manufactured or service support has ended, we investigate the machine and how the part works before developing its replacement.

Research the equipment

We use the manufacturer, model, serial number and part markings to investigate available manuals, drawings, parts catalogs and service documentation.

Reconstruct the part

We compare those records with your photos, samples, installation details and measurements to develop the geometry and identify the critical mating features.

Verify the specification

We resolve gaps with you and check dimensions, materials, fits and operating requirements against the available evidence before fabrication.

03 / WHAT WE WORK ON

Parts with a
job to do.

Start with the component, the machine or the application. Each job is reviewed individually to establish the design, production route and quote.

04 / METAL PARTS & FIXTURE FABRICATION

Metal parts.
Made for the job.

From a machined shaft to a fabricated fixture, the material, geometry and working conditions determine the manufacturing route. Steel, stainless steel and aluminium are central to our focus.

CNC machining

CNC milling and turning for housings, shafts, bushings, adapters and precision mating features.

Metal fabrication

Cutting, forming and joining for brackets, plates, guards, supports and custom fixtures.

Coatings & finishes

Specify corrosion protection, wear requirements and appearance, including suitable anodizing, powder coating, plating or other finishes.

05 / FROM REQUEST TO YOUR FACTORY

Your part.
From details to delivery.

Send the details. We reverse engineer and define the part, fabricate it to the approved specification, and ship it directly to you. Every job receives its own quote.

01

Send your part details

Tell us which parts you need, what they do and how many you want. Share machine information, photos, drawings, measurements or CAD.

02

Research & reverse engineer

We research the machine and its documentation, reconstruct the part from drawings, samples and measurements, and verify its geometry and interfaces. Review the specification and individual quote before production.

03

Fabricate to specification

We fabricate the approved parts to the agreed dimensions, materials, finishes and inspection requirements. Custom fixtures and new components follow the same review process.

04

Ship to your factory

We check the agreed requirements and ship the finished parts directly to your factory or facility, ready for your receiving and installation process.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

Have the part?
Have a drawing?
Have a problem?

You don’t need a finished engineering brief to get in touch. Tell us what the part does, where it fits and what needs to change.
