What we collect
Contact and company information, machine identifiers, part requirements and the files you choose to submit. Provide only information you are authorized to share.
How the information is used
To review your inquiry, ask follow-up questions, develop a specification and prepare an individual quote. Internal Portola tools support this review. Submitting the form does not automatically authorize fabrication, order placement or payment.
Files and access
Submissions are kept in private storage and accessed through authorized Portola review tools. There is no customer-facing inbox or public submission directory. Uploaded files are treated as untrusted reference material. Your request and attachments are not published in a parts catalog.
Corrections and deletion
Reply to the person handling your inquiry and include your request reference when asking for corrections, withdrawal or deletion. No marketing subscription is created by this form.
Design and production approval
A submitted requirement, preliminary model or quote does not establish fitness for a particular application. The specification, scope, inspection requirements and commercial terms are reviewed for each job.
