CUSTOM METAL PARTS & FIXTURES

The jobs that
get passed over.

A single replacement, an unusual fixture, a small batch or a legacy part without a drawing. We focus on metal parts and fabrication requests that can be hard to place with conventional machine shops and fabrication shops.

Parts and fixtures.
Built around your machine.

Our focus is steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals selected for the application. Bring us replacement parts, workholding and assembly fixtures, brackets, adapters, guards, shafts, bushings or housings for legacy, modified and custom machinery.

Share the part’s function, surrounding equipment, mating components and fixed requirements. A worn sample, photos, drawings and CAD can all contribute to a reviewed specification.

RESEARCH BEFORE DESIGN

The part is obsolete.
The machine still matters.

When a warranty has expired, the manufacturer has ended service or the replacement is no longer made, we research the equipment to understand what the part must do and how it fits.

Machine identifiers, available manuals, parts catalogs, service drawings and installation photographs help establish the original design intent. We compare these records with physical samples and measured dimensions to reverse engineer the replacement, including its mating features, material and finish requirements.

Missing or conflicting information becomes a specific measurement or question to resolve with you. The design is checked against the available evidence and the agreed specification before fabrication.

MACHINING / FABRICATION / FINISHING

The process follows
the part.

A job may need several methods, from preparing stock to machining critical features and applying a coating. The quoted route is selected around the material, quantity, geometry and finish.

CNC milling

Housings, mounting plates, pockets, bores and precision interfaces. The geometry, access and tolerances determine the setups and tooling.

CNC turning

Shafts, bushings, sleeves, spacers and other rotational parts, with shoulders, grooves and mating diameters defined for the application.

Cutting & profiling

Sawing, laser, plasma or waterjet cutting can establish blanks and profiles. Material, thickness and edge requirements guide the choice.

Forming & joining

Bending, welding and other joining methods for brackets, guards, frames, supports and custom fixtures. Connection details and distortion control belong in the specification.

Coatings & surface treatments

Anodizing, powder coating, plating and other treatments can be reviewed for corrosion protection, wear or appearance. Specify thickness, masked surfaces and any dimensions affected by the finish.

Finishing & inspection

Deburring, surface preparation and application-specific finishing, followed by checks against the agreed dimensions, fits and inspection requirements.

From the first details
to your factory.

Send the parts or fixtures you need made and the information you have. We establish the design and specification, review the manufacturing route with you, then fabricate and ship the approved work.

Design effort, material, process, tolerances, coating, quantity, inspection and shipping all shape the individual quote.
